Pilton Village Hall - Extension
As part of a new initiative by Mendip District Council, Albino Builders Ltd. Took part in the Built in Quality Awards 2007. This was the first of its kind in the district and took into account design, workmanship and project management.
The winners were chosen by a panel of judges in the field of construction  which included the head if the district councils building control department.  
Albino Builders Ltd received the Highly Recommended Award in the category of Best Commercial Extension for its work at Pilton Village Hall, Pilton, Somerset.

Manor Farm, Henstridge
This was a demolition of a single storey lean-to kitchen and construction of a new kitchen and two storey extension creating a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on a grade two listed building in a conservation area.
A minor incident occurred during the build when the mini-digger being used for the foundations in the demolished kitchen area discovered the top of an existing deep well within the property, this is now an interesting feature.
From being a member of the Federation of Master Builders, we won the award for Highly Commended in Category Three (Medium Renovation Projects) in 2006.
