Maintenance Officer
With experience of housing association maintenance covering Somerset, Wiltshire and Bristol. You must be enthusiastic, self-confident, logical, systematic and precise with the ability to be able to communicate with others and work to deadlines. You will be required to carry out void and day-to-day inspections, and minor maintenance repairs when required.
Job Requirements
ONC/HNC in building related subjects
Good working knowledge of building componants/repairs & be computer literate
Salary negotiable depending on experience
Working ours are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday and inclusion of an out of hours rota.
