StaffAlesandro Guidi - Director Founder of the business in 1976 and runs the building side of the company overseeing John Notley & Andrew Stevens. Alesandro has worked on many successful projects, both large and small, he likes to keep that personal touch alive with clients and often goes out to see them and provide quotations and ensures that all enquiries are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner. Tony Guidi - Director Tony joined the company shortly after it was started in 1979 and runs the responsive maintenance side of the company along with his dedicated team. Tony used to work on site but over the years he has gradually become more office based but still likes to get involved with manual work where possible. Joseph Guidi – Contracts manager Joe joined the company in 1997 working on the building side as Project Surveyor alongside Alesandro, his father. In 2007 he moved to the maintenance side working with Tony running the housing association contracts, ensuring that we achieve the high standards that we set ourselves John Notley – Project Surveyor John replaced Joe as Project Surveyor in 2007 and works with Alesandro providing free quotations for clients. John has over 25 years in the industry and has recently completed a course in Construction Site Managers Safety. . Andrew Stevens – Project Co-ordinator. As the business was continuing to grow, we employed Andrew to work alongside John to help run the projects and the operatives. With Andrews organisational skills we can ensure that all jobs run smoothly and that you, the customer is happy. Andy Mortimer –Void Team Leader Andy started in 2005 originally working on voids properties as a multi-skilled operative and painter & decorator, over the years he has progressed and learnt new skills which have lead him to take on the role as Void Team Leader on the responsive maintenance contracts. He is responsible for viewing void properties, evaluating work and organising for the works to be carried out. Melissa Vickery – Contracts Administrator Melissa is a lively member of our team and has been with us since 2007. Melissa is first point of contact when repairs are reported for the housing association contracts and is responsible for booking in jobs with residents and organising the operatives’ workload. Carla Watts – Accounts & Contracts Administrator Carla is Tony’s daughter and joined in 2008. Carla is a dedicated and knowledgeable member of the team who undertakes a number of tasks within the company. She currently runs the gas contract for the housing associations as well as dealing with our accounts and A&T property rentals. Michelle Rowson – Accounts Administrator Michelle is our receptionist and accounts administrator carrying out most of our accountancy roles and deals efficiently with all enquiries and can help guide you to the right area of the business you need to deal with. Michael Guidi – Business Development Michael is Alesandro’s son and joined the company in 2009 to provide support in helping the business to grow and to keep up with the current demands of the industry as well as ensuring we are complying with the corporate legislation that effects how we operate. |
